If you're driven by the passion to change lives, this is the place for you.Job SummaryThe Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for leading the New Service Installation Team, which consists of a team of Utility Service Clerks, dedicated to providing a high level of proactive service to WPS gas and electric New Service and existing customers.Job ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for the following duties:Lead a team of Utility Service ClerksProvide a high level of proactive service to WPS New Service and existing gas and electric customersProvide coaching, counseling, discipline, training and development to team members as requiredEstablish performance management and development plans (goals) annually with each team memberMonitor performance, reinforce expectations, evaluate and communicate performance levels to individual team members and adjust plans and priorities to meet goals as necessaryProvide strategic leadership to establish and maintain relationships with customers and communities that result in strong loyalty to WEC Energy Group as an energy providerWork with Area Management for both Gas and Electric to ensure customer service and design needs are met and a high-quality product is maintainedCreate an environment for team members to provide proactive service to customers and communities concerning electric, gas, and steam delivery issuesLead the service team to be the customer advocate for customers, to help customers make good decisions and to influence action internallyThis position is part of a rotation for on call/off hours responseMinimum QualificationsAssociate's Degree in Business or related field. In lieu of a degree, candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role may be considered3+ years of customer service experienceStrong leadership ability and above average communication skills, including effective negotiation and client commitment managementMust meet company standards for driving and maintain a valid driver's licensePreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree is preferredEnd Date: 06/01/2026Pay Range Minimum: $90,507.56Pay Range Maximum: $156,125.32The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
