You’ll work directly with contractors, developers, and project teams becoming the person they rely on to get the job done right.If you know construction, enjoy building relationships, and like being hands-on in the field, this is a role where you can make an immediate impact.What you'll do:Build and manage relationships with contractors, developers, and project teams across your territory Identify project opportunities and drive repeat business within the Charlotte market Prepare quotes, bids, and proposals for ready-mix concrete projects Coordinate with dispatch, plant operations, and quality control to ensure projects run smoothly Stay connected to active jobsites by anticipating needs, solving problems, and keeping customers informed Provide guidance on product application, scheduling, and mix design Track project activity and maintain visibility into your pipeline What success looks likeYou become the go-to contact for your customers Projects run smoothly because you stay ahead of issues Customers trust you and continue to choose Crete Solutions You build a strong pipeline of repeat and referral business What we’re looking forExperience in construction, building materials, or a related industry Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Comfortable working in the field (jobsites, customer locations, plant) Ability to read plans/specs is a plus What you can expectCompetitive base salary + performance-based bonus opportunities Company vehicle provided A stable, growing company in a high-demand industry A role with visible impact.
