We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Car Wash Manager to join our dynamic team and help us continue to grow and succeed.Job Description:The Car Wash Manager will oversee the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring high standards of service, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage car wash staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and discipline. Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Maintenance: Monitor and maintain car wash equipment to ensure it is functioning properly, scheduling regular maintenance and repairs as needed. Inventory Management:Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all staff adhere to safety protocols and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment.Requirements: Experience: Management experience in a car wash or Retail service industry. Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills and excellent customer service abilities Knowledge: Familiarity with car wash equipment and maintenance procedures. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business management or a related field are a plus. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, positive attitude, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
