Conduct pain and symptom assessments to manage conditions such as nausea, vomiting, and fatigue. Administer pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions and manage patient care through advanced directives and cultural/spiritual considerations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. Deliver end-of-life and postmortem care, addressing both physical and emotional needs of patients and families. Maintain meticulous documentation and charting using EPIC.
