We take pride in creating quality baked goods and fostering a team environment built on respect, collaboration, and craft.Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Overnight Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our restaurant during non-operating hours. This role is essential to ensuring the restaurant is fully cleaned, sanitized, and prepared for the next day's service. The ideal candidate works independently, takes pride in their work, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDeep clean kitchen, dining areas, restrooms, and all back-of-house spacesSweep, mop, scrub, and sanitize floors and surfacesClean and sanitize food preparation areas in compliance with food safety standardsBreak down, clean, and reassemble kitchen equipment as neededClean walk-ins, storage areas, walls, and baseboardsRemove trash and recycling; transport to dumpsterClean grease traps and dispose of waste properly (if applicable)Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is lowEnsure the dishwashing area and equipment are thoroughly cleanedSecure building upon completion of shift (if assigned)Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Ability to work independently overnight with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyWillingness to comply with all food safety and sanitation proceduresReliable and punctualBenefits & Perks Health insurance benefits available first of the month after 30 days of employmentPaid Time Off (full-time employees only)Gym DiscountsRestaurant DiscountsRetail DiscountsHoliday PayPhysical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shiftMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsComfortable working overnight hourSchedule: 10:00pm - 6:00am, Tuesday - SaturdayMust be eligible to work in the United States.MML Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
