Construction Laborer — Property Maintenance & Repair (Job Listing Overview) Role Summary We’re seeking a reliable Construction Laborer to support ongoing property maintenance and repairs across residential and light commercial sites. The ideal candidate will perform hands-on construction tasks, assist with repairs and installations (interior and exterior), and help maintain clean, safe job sites. Key Responsibilities Assist with general construction work, repairs, and installations Install drywall and perform related finishing/support tasks Install and/or assist with flooring installation (e.g., subfloor prep, laying materials as needed) Support roof repairs and exterior maintenance tasks (as assigned) Perform door repairs and installation-related support Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks Complete basic masonry tasks and assist with masonry-related repairs Trim and maintain trees and shrubs; assist with yard clean-up Apply herbicides and pesticides Maintain job-site cleanliness and assist with materials handling and staging Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site rules at all times Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Basic familiarity with construction tools, job-site safety practices, and common maintenance procedures Willingness to learn and support tasks across multiple trades (drywall, flooring, exterior repairs, landscaping, etc.) Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to take direction Comfortable working on ladders/scaffolding as required (training provided or experience preferred) Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in construction, property maintenance, or general labor Demonstrated experience with drywall, flooring, roof/exterior repairs, landscaping, masonry, or similar work Possession of any required pesticide/herbicide application certification(s) (if applicable to your jurisdiction) Valid driver’s license and ability to transport tools/materials (if needed for the role) Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry building materials and tools (typical range: 40–75 lbs, depending on task) Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and work overhead for extended periods Ability to climb ladders and work in outdoor/uneven terrain Pay: $200.00 per day Work Location: In person
