We partner with leading brands and are focused on operational excellence and strong customer relationships.Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics & Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day communication between our warehouse, customers, and internal teams. This role is critical in ensuring smooth order processing, timely shipments, and clear communication across all parties.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily communication between warehouse teams, customers, and internal sales teamsTrack and manage purchase orders from receipt through final deliveryEnsure accurate and timely shipment scheduling, routing, and documentationWork with warehouses to resolve issues related to inventory, packing, labeling, and shippingCommunicate order status updates, delays, and shipping details to customersHandle retailer compliance requirements (routing, labeling, EDI coordination, etc.)Troubleshoot and resolve logistical issues quickly and efficientlyMaintain organized records of shipments, orders, and communicationsSupport process improvements to streamline operations and reduce errorsQualifications1–3+ years experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or customer coordinationAdvanced proficiency in Excel (must be comfortable working quickly with large datasets, formulas, and order tracking)Ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems, retailer portals, and platforms simultaneouslyStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills (email + phone)Experience working with retailers, warehouses, or fulfillment centers preferredFamiliarity with EDI systems, routing guides, and shipping processes is a plusDetail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat We’re Looking ForSomeone who takes ownership and follows throughStrong problem solver who can handle pressure and moving partsClear communicator who can manage both warehouse teams and customer expectationsComfortable working across multiple systems and responding quickly in real timeHands-on and willing to jump into day-to-day operational challengesLocation: NYC (Midtown) Type: Full-time
