Lead Concierge Provider / Practice Owner(MD/DO/NP/PA)Location: Nashville, TNEmployment Type: Full-Time | Leadership Opportunity | Ownership Track AvailableAbout the OpportunityA new concierge-focused diabetes and metabolic health clinic is launching in Nashville, TN and is seeking an experienced, compassionate clinician to serve as the founding Lead Provider. This is a rare opportunity to practice high-touch, relationship-based medicine while helping build - and potentially own - a modern, technology-forward clinic focused on diabetes, prediabetes, and weight management.Why This Role Is DifferentConcierge Care ModelFocus on long-term patient outcomes rather than visit volume Smaller patient panel sizes Freedom from traditional fee-for-service constraints Time to practice thoughtful, personalized medicine Clinical FocusEvaluate, diagnose, and manage: Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes Prediabetes Obesity and weight management Related metabolic comorbidities Provide: Point-of-care testing and lab evaluation Individualized treatment plans Medication management and optimization Lifestyle counseling (nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, adherence) Leadership & GrowthParticipate in hiring and mentoring staff Improve workflows and patient experience Help shape clinic culture from day one Opportunity for future practice ownership based on experience and performance Technology-Forward EnvironmentModern EHR systems Remote patient monitoring Patient engagement tools AI-supported clinical resources QualificationsMD/DOGraduate of accredited medical school + completed residency Board-certified or board-eligible Active Tennessee license (or eligibility) NP/PAGraduate of accredited program Active Tennessee license and national certification All ApplicantsMinimum 2 years of clinical experience in diabetes, prediabetes, and/or weight management Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills Excellent communication and patient education ability Leadership mindset Interest in entrepreneurship and clinic growth Ideal CandidateYou are: Passionate about metabolic health Motivated by patient outcomes rather than volume Comfortable using technology to enhance care Interested in leadership and potential ownership Excited about building a clinic from the ground up Compensation & GrowthCompetitive compensation structure (base + performance incentives) Leadership role at launch Defined pathway to ownership for qualified candidates Long-term growth potential
