HR GeneralistLocation: Columbia County, WI (On-Site)Employment Type: Temp-to-HireCompensation: $27–$35 per hourBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) for eligible employeesSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PMAdditional Details: Casual work environment with onsite parkingOverviewSeeking a proactive HR Generalist to support full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and daily HR operations in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting (job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers)Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, and HRIS data managementSupport employee relations and ensure compliance with policies and regulationsAdminister benefits, leaves (FMLA, disability), and HR processesMaintain HRIS/ATS systems and run reportsAssist with events, audits, and general HR operationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)2–5+ years of HR experienceExperience with recruiting, employee relations, and onboardingProficiency with ATS/HRIS systems and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
