Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel SHIFT: 7PM - 7AM Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend On Call Requirement: No call REQUIRED Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications BLS certification required from AHA ACLS certification required from AHA PALS certification required from AHA CPI Blue Card required RN License in state of employment or compact Floating Requirement / Locations: No floating Education/Skills: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred Experience: 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred Nurse / Patient Ratio: 4:1 Type of patients on the unit: Very high acuity unit. Contractors will see a heavy load of strokes, cardiovascular, diabetes, wounds, behavioral health and sepsis cases. They will also see some trauma but this is not trauma designated unit.
