Our team brings together deep technical expertise and domain understanding to solve high-impact problems in complex, high-stakes environments.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 8+ years of experience to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade applications that power our secure AI platform. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end development across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure, contributing to the architecture and delivery of scalable, high-performance, production-ready systems used in regulated and mission-critical environments.You will work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to develop intelligent, data-driven applications, integrate machine learning and LLM-powered capabilities, and drive technical decisions that ensure performance, security, reliability, and scalability at scale. This role requires strong hands-on engineering expertise, experience designing distributed systems, and the ability to mentor other developers while contributing directly to complex full stack development in real-world production environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and Python.Build UI components, libraries, tools, and services that power the ThinkTrends platform.Ensure our UI components and libraries are reliable, scalable, secure, and extensible. Optimize services for maximum performance, security, and scalability.Work closely with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to design, build, and maintain data pipelines, platforms, and services.Integrate machine learning and AI models into data pipelines and application workflows in a scalable and performant way.Employ best practices in continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing.Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and system issues in production environments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new platform capabilities.Lead architecture decisions, review code, and mentor junior engineers to maintain high engineering standards.Design scalable distributed system architecture and drive technical direction for complex full stack applications.Take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, from design through deployment and monitoring in production.QualificationsMinimum 8+ years of professional experience in software development.Strong experience with full stack development, including modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar, and deep understanding of frontend–backend architecture interactions.Proven experience with JavaScript / Node.js / Python in production systems.Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.Proficiency in Git version control and collaborative development workflows.Experience with Docker and containerized microservices architectures.Experience designing scalable distributed systems and microservices-based platforms.Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP in production environments.Experience leading technical projects, reviewing code, or mentoring engineers.BSc / MSc in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience or strong interest in AI, machine learning, LLMs, or data-driven applications is a plus.Understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP) is a plus.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits.Flexible hybrid work environment.Fast-paced, inclusive team culture focused on innovation and growth.Leadership opportunities in emerging AI and software innovation spaces.
