We are seeking an experienced landscaping foreman to join our team and lead our crew in delivering top-notch landscaping services. Overview We are seeking a skilled Landscape Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and strong leadership skills to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our landscaping projects. You will play a vital rold in ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Client Interaction: Go on estimates, meet with customers, and represent Jenny's Flowers & Landscaping in a professional and personable manner. You will be the face of our company to many clients, so strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential. Must be able to speak English. Landscape Design & Planning: Utilize your deep knowledge of plant types, shrubs, flowers, and trees to contribute creative and practical design ideas. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into stunning landscape designs. Job Organization: Organize daily jobs, ensuring that each crew member is clear on their tasks and that the necessary tools and materials are ready. You will be responsible for setting up the crew, getting them started on the job and overseeing their work throughout the day. Crew Management: Manage the daily operations of the landscaping crew, providing guidance and support as needed. You will ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safeky and to the highest standards. Quality Control: Oversee all aspects of the landscaping projects from start to finish, to ensure that the work meets the expectations of both the client and Jenny's Flowers & Landscaping. Requirements: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in landscaping, with a strong background in identification of plant types, shrubs , flowers and trees. Proven ability to manage and lead a landscaping crew. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with clients and team members. Creative and knowledgeable in landscape design with a keen eye for detail.
