The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), along with experience in DevOps and event-driven architectures.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices using Java and Spring Boot.Build scalable integration solutions across enterprise platforms.Develop cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Jenkins, and Maven.Collaborate with architects, business teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, code reviews, and mentor junior developers.Required Skills5+ years of Java development experience.Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Maven, and Agile development practices.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Preferred SkillsKafka and event-driven architecture.Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, and API testing tools.OAuth2, JWT, and API security frameworks.Experience with Oracle, DB2, MySQL, or SQL Server.Exposure to IBM WebSphere, ACE/IIB, or DataPower.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Experience leading projects and mentoring developers is a plus.
