Post-Acute Care Near Brooklyn, NY | Full-Time | Flexible Weekday Schedule We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our highly regarded healthcare team near Brooklyn, NY.
