Director of Educator Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION: The successful candidate for this role will have some experiences as a teacher and be a proven leader in the areas of behavioral learning and social-emotional learning. The Director of Educator Operations is responsible for further enabling student and educator efficiency in the pursuit of College, Career, and Life Readiness. Building initiatives and programs to support school climate, culture, and activities is a key responsibility. The Director Of Educator Operations will also lead the Customer Services operations for all aspects of the Education segment. This role will lead the FINAO Educator and the FINAO Student Advisory Boards. This role will manage the the creation and delivery of additional resources as required by schools.
