Sr. Staff Integration Engineer

Overview As Sr. Staff Integration Engineer, you will define and optimize end-to-end process integration for probe card manufacturing in a high-volume semiconductor setting. You act as a senior technical authority, unifying wafer-level fabrication, MEMS, assembly, interconnect, and test to elevate yield and reliability. You’ll lead cross-functional problem solving, technology transfer, and improvement initiatives, while mentoring engineers and shaping integration strategy across sites.
