The Logistics Warehouse Representative plays a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient warehouse operations, and timely material flow to support our global clinical operations. Supports the day to day warehouse, receiving & shipping tasks. Performs and handles all kinds of processes in the area and creates related documentation according to established guidelinesWhat We OfferCompetitive compensationComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverageRetirement savings plan with company contributionPaid time off and company holidaysWhat You'll Be DoingMaintain accurate and consistent inventory records within ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systemsEnsure stock accuracy within assigned warehouse areasPerform routine data entry and complete process-related documentation in accordance with established proceduresCoordinate approvals and feedback with internal stakeholders, including Administration and Telecom teamsSupport strategies to improve pick/pack efficiency and warehouse processesAssist with ERP system testing as part of system enhancements or development lifecycle activitiesParticipate in internal and external supply chain and departmental meetings as neededPerform inventory counts and system bookings within the ERP systemCoordinate material flow between internal and external warehouse locationsPick, stage, and commission work orders and sales ordersReceive, unpack, and process incoming inventory materials and suppliesPrepare shipments by packing, weighing, and labeling goods in accordance with specifications and guidelinesCoordinate shipping schedules to ensure efficiency and on-time deliveryWhat We Look ForBachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or operationsApprenticeship or professional training in logistics, forwarding, or industrial environments is a plus03 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or an industrial/administrative environment preferredExperience with inventory control and quality checks for incoming and outgoing goodsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, independently and cross-functionallyStrong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skillsDependable, flexible, and able to work additional hours as neededProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsERP system experience strongly preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both as a team member and an individual contributorAt Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
