About the RoleWe’re in the midst of an exciting growth phase and looking for a creative, organized, and collaborative Site Merchandising Manager to manage our e-commerce product styling and visual presentation. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the online product experience. The Site Merchandising Manager will own the end-to-end merchandising of the e-commerce site, ensuring product assortment, categorization, and presentation align with brand standards and convert to sales. This is a highly collaborative role that partners closely with marketing, buying, and store merchandising to deliver a seamless, elevated digital shopping experience. What you’ll do (key responsibilities)Build and maintain product pages, apps, and plugins in Shopify: upload photos, write and edit product titles/descriptions/bullets/care info, set collections, tags, SKUs, variants, and inventory/availability where neededMonitor and report on site performance on the product and category level daily, including mapping out and tracking the customer journey over time and identifying areas of growthManage all e-commerce product styling and visual presentation to improve conversion, AOV, and overall site performanceEnsure visual and content consistency across the site, audit digital presentation regularly and correct discrepanciesCurate product assortments and category structures to reflect brand priorities, seasonal storytelling, and customer behaviorContinually test and refine e-commerce merchandising strategies based on customer insights and dataPlay a key role in influencing the website redesign, making recommendations based on customer insights and opportunities Serve as primary point of contact for external development team, including prioritizing the technical backlog, as well as paid search, SEO, and affiliate partnersSupport external vendor relationships, including creative and email teams, to ensure product alignment Partner closely with marketing, buying, and store merchandising to align site content with campaigns, launches, and promotional calendarsWhat we’re looking for (qualifications)5-10 years of e-commerce merchandising experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retailProficient in Shopify platform management and analyticsStrong understanding of digital merchandising best practices and customer journey optimization Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate into site improvements Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.Appreciation for brand storytelling, visual merchandising, and an elevated customer experienceStrong cross-functional collaboration skills and a positive, ambitious mindset
