We provide tailored modern readiness solutions, connecting talented individuals with great companies across various fields, including Information & Technology, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Creative, Engineering, Office, Light Industrial, and more.Location: Charlotte, NC, Addison, TX and Kennesaw, GA.Responsibilities:Provide HR system administration, including business process configuration, reporting development, end user training, and data management in support of maintaining Workday as a best-in-class employee experience forward platformPartner with the other workday team members, IT, business partners, vendors and business leaders to effectively meet the HR technology needs of the organizationConfigure complex workday business processesSupport configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of business processes with a focus on payrollPerform additional Workday administrative functions including tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and reportingReview business procedures/workflows to ensure system features are being fully utilized and identify workday features that may improve efficiencyCohabitate in sandbox environments and work within an established, well-controlled systems environment by defining, documenting, and enforcing system standardsProvide pre and post-launch end-user support, change management, issue resolution, testing, and training to enhance and optimize workday processesDocument technology specifications for current and future configurationMaintain accurate change management documentation to satisfy client's internal/external audit controls and compliance practicesUnderstand Workday's Implementation methodology and use it on all projectsAct as the domain support for feature releases and issue resolution, supporting the workday Architect to define scope, prioritize, plan and implement system changes and enhancementsMaintain working functional knowledge of HR and HR systems across multiple functions and teams, driving community collaboration and a commitment to a great support service experienceFoster ongoing Workday relationships – relevant memberships and engagement in workday Community, user groups, and conferencesAct as support to business partners and work to enhance their understanding of WorkdayRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the key accountabilities of the job required3+ years' workday HCM experienceWorkday pro or workday certificationsSolid understanding in at least three workday modules including core HCM, compensation, talent, payroll, time, absence, and benefitsWorkday Integrations experienceKnowledge of Workday business process, core setup, and security frameworkDeep understanding of workday data model, corporate system architecture, interfaces, reporting, and data loading proceduresAttention to detail and relentless commitment to follow-throughAbility to convey ideas and recommendations to a wide variety of audiences at all levels in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communicationsStrong expertise in cloud-based multi-tenant systemsStrong ability to work with others on solutions
