We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Coordinator, Event/Communication Admin to support three innovative organizations. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent multitasking abilities to handle a variety of project coordination, event planning, and communication tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering collaboration, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring the seamless execution of events and projects.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support for the leadership team - this includes activities such as calendar management, scheduling key meetings/events, giving support to projects, financials, budget and helping with work logistics.
Assist in the planning and coordination of various organizational meetings and managing communication related to organizational announcements, updates, and important information within the IT department.
Supporting team through culture events and development and Company sponsored events.
Assist in the creation and processing of purchase orders, working closely with procurement and finance teams to ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
Working with multiple other Executive Assistants on various organizational meetings and capabilities
Job Qualifications
Qualifications
Strong organization, initiative and follow-through skills
Agility and flexibility to manage multiple priorities, responsibilities, and changes in a team environment.
Strong collaborator, with a proven ability to work and communicate effectively across the organization at all levels.
Should be well-versed in technical office tools and software applications, calendar management, and coordinating travel and business meetings. Therefore, this position will require basic financials and budget management skills.
Technical skills and proficiency in Office Suit, Teams, Webex, and collaboration technologies
