Job Description We are seeking experienced Millwrights / Industrial Maintenance Technicians for ongoing industrial and mechanical maintenance work supporting facility operations and equipment maintenance. This role requires hands-on experience in mechanical systems, welding, electrical troubleshooting, and industrial equipment repair. Candidates must be highly skilled, safety-focused, and capable of working independently in fast-paced field environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, experience working long hours when needed, and the flexibility to support a rotating hitch schedule. Responsibilities Mechanical & Maintenance WorkPerform maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting of industrial mechanical systems and rotating equipment.Diagnose and repair pumps, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and other industrial equipment.Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.Support equipment alignment, teardown, rebuilds, and installations.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Welding & FabricationPerform high-quality welding and fabrication work in field and shop environments.Complete structural and equipment repairs using various welding processes.Maintain strong weld quality standards and ensure all work meets operational and safety requirements.Provide examples/photos of previous weld work and bead quality as part of the hiring process. Electrical SupportTroubleshoot and support basic industrial electrical systems and equipment.Assist with motors, controls, wiring, and electrical maintenance tasks as needed.Support equipment startups, shutdowns, and operational troubleshooting. Safety & OperationsFollow all safety procedures, policies, and environmental requirements.Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and job hazard analyses.Maintain organized work areas and properly care for tools and equipment.Work extended hours and overtime as required to support operational needs.
