We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse Educator to lead clinical education, training, and staff development initiatives across our facility.Position SummaryThe RN Educator is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing clinical education programs to ensure staff competency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality resident care. This role plays a key part in onboarding new hires, supporting ongoing staff development, and driving quality improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead orientation and onboarding for all nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)Develop and deliver ongoing education and in-service trainingsEnsure compliance with NYSDOH, CMS, and facility policiesMonitor and maintain clinical competencies and skills validationsCollaborate with DON/ADON and department heads on QAPI initiativesIdentify learning needs through audits, incidents, and performance trendsSupport staff with mentorship and clinical guidanceInstruct CNA training course as needed for current staffQualificationsCurrent RN license in New York StateMinimum 2–3 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred)Previous education, training, or preceptor experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey processExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to engage, motivate, and support staff at all levelsWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision)Paid time off & holidaysOpportunities for professional growth and leadership developmentSupportive team environment focused on quality careWhy Join Us?At Robinson Terrace we believe strong teams create exceptional care.
