If you're passionate about collectibles, anime, trading cards, or pop culture and enjoy creating memorable customer experiences, we'd love to meet you.This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing brand in the collectibles space and work in a fun, community-driven retail environment surrounded by fellow fans and collectors.We are actively hiring for multiple openings and looking for team members who are energetic, dependable, and excited to grow with us.ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable customer serviceIntroduce and explain collectible card products, anime merchandise, and related items to customersSupport daily sales transactions and assist customers with purchasesMaintain visual merchandising standards and organize product displaysAssist with inventory management, restocking, and store organizationHelp create a welcoming, fun, and community-focused shopping experienceStay up to date on trending products, collectibles, and customer interestsSupport store operations in a fast-paced retail environmentQualificationsPrevious retail, sales, or customer service experience preferredInterest in trading cards, collectibles, anime, gaming, or pop culture is strongly preferredStrong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitudeReliable, responsible, and comfortable multitaskingAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-facing environmentWeekend and holiday availability is a plus
