ADDICTION PSYCHIATRISTOUR ORGANIZATIONBROCKTON, MAOur organization's Department of Psychiatry is on the lookout for full-time Addiction Psychiatrists to deliver outpatient and/or residential services at our Brockton and Jamaica Plain locations. We serve as a national hub for medical research and a referral center for the New England area. Our academic partnerships include prestigious institutions such as Harvard Medical School and Boston University School of Medicine.We have two openings at the Jamaica Plain campus, which will involve a blend of direct clinical responsibilities in residential/transitional care, outpatient substance use clinics, and a methadone clinic. Additional duties may include teaching and supervising trainees (including medical students, residents, and fellows), potential site directorship for addiction training, administrative responsibilities, and the pursuit of academic interests, including research. An academic faculty position will be supported at either Harvard Medical School or Boston University School of Medicine.As a leading referral center for Veterans' healthcare in New England, we maintain strong academic ties with Harvard Medical School and the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. The academic appointment level—Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor—will be based on the candidate's experience, training, and accomplishments.
