Working closely with Senior Event Managers and the Operations team, this role assists with logistics, transportation coordination, vendor coordination, and on-site execution, while maintaining internal systems, documentation, and overall program organization, with exposure to proposal development and client-facing processes.This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for someone looking to grow within event operations and gain exposure to large-scale corporate event production.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESSupports program planning and execution under the guidance of senior team members to ensure alignment with client expectations and company standardsAssists with transportation planning, manifesting, and logistics coordinationPrepares and maintains event agendas, contracts, invoices, program documents, and internal filesAssists with vendor sourcing, outreach, confirmations, and communication as directedParticipates in site inspections and pre-program preparation to gain familiarity with venues and program flowSupports on-site event execution, including load-in, setup, strike, and general event flow tasksAssists with scheduling and briefing of field/T.D. staff and independent contractorsSupports proposal development and research in partnership with the Sales and Creative teamsMaintains accurate program tracking within internal systems and CRM platformsGains exposure to client-facing communication and program strategy to support long-term developmentProvides administrative and operational support across departments as neededRegularly attends and participates in networking functions and industry events; participation is required to support company visibility and growthJOB SPECIFICATIONS1+ years of event coordination, hospitality, or administrative experience (DMC experience a plus)Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Event Planning, or related field)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetIntermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills; comfortable working with a variety of personalitiesKnowledge of the Las Vegas hospitality market is a plusWillingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as neededWillingness to travel as needed to support program execution and client eventsAbility to work remotely with reliable equipment and connectivityWORKING CONDITIONSHybrid role with remote work and on-site program supportPosition may require working indoors and outdoors in varying conditionsMust be able to support on-site event needs, including standing for extended periods and light liftingSchedule will vary based on program volume and event timingCOMPENSATION DETAILSFull-time, hourly position with hours based on program volume and business needsOpportunity for growth into a full-time salaried role based on performance and business needsAdditional details to be discussed during the interview proces
