You will be responsible for taking care of all the major mechanical components, infrastructure as well as managing maintenance personnel and planning repair projects.You should have experience in condominiums with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. You must be organized and committed to meeting preventive maintenance standards.Responsibilities Inspect property mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing equipment regularly to ensure it meets preventive maintenance standardsArrange for routine maintenance for all equipment and common areasUndertake repair and maintenance projects in common areasSupervise a team of maintenance techniciansUpdate operational procedures and process manuals, as necessaryCommunicate all problems and resolve them or make recommendations to upper management for resolutionManage relationships with contractors and service providersQualifications Certificate of completion from a trade school preferred; or commensurate education and at least 3 years of experience acceptedSupervisory maintenance experience preferredAbility to quickly diagnose the root cause of failures of mechanical equipment and suggest appropriate solutionsDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing with the site staff and internal partners, external vendors.Must be fluent in EnglishSalary: Negotiable based on experience.
