As the company grows, we're interested in creating long-term opportunities, including potential employee ownership.What You'll Be Doing • General carpentry and construction work • Demolition, framing, trim, and installation • Punch list items and repairs • Assisting on remodeling projects • Keeping jobsites clean and organized • Helping deliver a great experience for our customersWhat We're Looking For • Experience with residential remodeling or general construction • Someone dependable and self-motivated • Comfortable working independently and with others • Takes pride in craftsmanship and doing things the right way • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Valid driver's license and reliable transportationBonus Points • Carpentry experience • Drywall, paint, flooring, or finish work skills • Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet • Interest in growing with a company instead of just punching a clockAbout GRITWe're building more than projects.
