The position starts on April 15, 2024, and is ongoing. The physician's schedule includes 18 patients per day, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a mix of pediatrics and adults. A decision is typically made within 7-14 days, and both MDs and DOs are welcome. APCs with 3 years of experience in a similar setting will also be considered. Credentialing, requiring 30-90 days, mandates an active DEA before the start date. Immunizations, including the 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results, Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, and Tdap Immunization, are prerequisites. COVID vaccination requirements include the primary series plus booster or one dose of the current COVID vaccine (2023/2024 formulation).
