The Job Captain will be integral to the design process, assisting project teams in developing and delivering detailed architectural drawings and documents. Responsibilities include coordinating with consultants, managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to building codes and regulations, and supporting the overall success of projects. Collaboration with designers, architects, and stakeholders will be key to effectively producing high-quality, buildable designs.QualificationsProficiency in architectural design and drafting software (primarily Archicad)Strong skills in project coordination, technical detailing, and creating construction documentsUnderstanding of building codes, permits, and regulatory requirementsProven ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with clients and consultantsAttention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality workBachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related fieldLicensed or on the path to licensure preferredExperience in sustainable design and knowledge of materials is a plus
