What You'll DoAs a Client Care Advisor, you will help guide families through important moments with empathy, professionalism, and support. In this role, you will: Help new clients transition into care with clarity and compassion Build thoughtful, individualized care plans Partner with families and Care Professionals to create strong matches Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns Support day-to-day coordination and communication Build trusted relationships with clients, families, and team members This is a fast-paced, highly relational role that combines: communication, problem-solving, coordination, critical thinking, and leadership development.
