Front Desk Manager Location: Atlanta, GA, 30354 Job Description: The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of the company. This includes overseeing the reception area, managing the reception staff, and ensuring that all visitors and clients are greeted in a professional and courteous manner. The Front Desk Manager will also be responsible for managing the company's phone system, scheduling appointments, and handling customer inquiries. Other responsibilities include: Managing the company's calendar and scheduling appointments Ensuring that the reception area is clean and organized Managing the company's phone system and directing calls to the appropriate department or individual Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner Training and supervising the reception staff Assisting with administrative tasks as needed Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk management role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software Ability to work independently and as part of a team
