Because we know that when we bring together smart colleagues from across the world, we can shape the future of healthcare, driving impact for customers and defining the pace of patient progress.Job ResponsibilitiesFeasibility Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement global feasibility strategy for clinical programs.Lead feasibility assessments for new trials, including country and site selection.Analyze historical data, epidemiology, and competitive landscape to inform feasibility.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align feasibility with protocol design.Stakeholder EngagementCoordinate with Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and other stakeholders.Engage with country teams and site networks to gather insights and feedback.Data Collection & AnalysisDesign and distribute feasibility questionnaires to potential sites.Collect and analyze site-level data (e.g., patient population, infrastructure, experience).Use data analytics tools to identify optimal countries/sites for trial execution.Risk Assessment & MitigationIdentify feasibility-related risks (e.g., recruitment challenges, regulatory delays).Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.Contribute to risk management sections of trial planning documents.Documentation & ReportingPrepare feasibility reports and recommendations for governance review.Document rationale for country/site selection decisions.Maintain records of feasibility inputs and decisions for audit readiness.System & Process ManagementUtilize feasibility platforms and databases (e.g., CTMS, feasibility tools).Ensure data integrity and timely updates in feasibility systems.Support process improvement initiatives related to feasibility workflows.Support Trial Start-UpCollaborate with start-up teams to ensure smooth transition from feasibility to activation.Provide input into site activation timelines and recruitment projections.Monitor feasibility assumptions during trial conduct and adjust as neededAt Syneos Health, we believe in providing an environment and culture in which Our People can thrive, develop and advance.
