Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be adept at managing various office tasks. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling clerical duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. The Clerk will be responsible for maintaining records, managing schedules, and supporting the overall efficiency of the office environment. Duties Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy Answer multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date Assist with filing and organizing documents to maintain an orderly office environment Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks, including typing reports and correspondence Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff members Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity Support bookkeeping activities as needed, including basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while performing clerical duties Requirements Previous office experience or clerical experience is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication capabilities Experience in customer service or administrative roles is highly desirable Familiarity with multi-line phone systems is a plus Knowledge of bookkeeping practices or experience as a dental/medical receptionist is advantageous Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Personal assistant experience is beneficial for managing executive schedules If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing outstanding support in an office setting, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Clerk.
