Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToForklift driving and manufacturing experience, preferredAbility to work rotating shiftsProvides extra help during equipment failures and special production runs on the machine.Assists with “down days” and startup of production line proceduresAssists in housekeeping dutiesAbility to lift 60 pounds and more Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.Successful Candidates Will HaveHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Lift and/or move 60 pounds and moreRegular attendance is requiredPABCO offers an excellent benefits and compensation package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), profit sharing retirement plan and wellness programs. Weekend availability is required.Must be able to work all shifts (Day: 6 am – 2 pm Swing: 2 pm – 10 pm Grave: 10 pm – 6 am) on a Weekly Rotating Basis.The position is in the Production Department which is maintaining cleanliness of the facility, operating machinery including forklifts and other projects.It’s a physical job and the environment is dusty and can be hot.Pay starts at $30.20 / hour.
