The Flooring Installer will be responsible for preparing and installing various types of flooring, including hardwood, carpet, and ceramic tile. Daily tasks include measuring and cutting materials, inspecting subflooring, maintaining work tools, and ensuring installations meet quality and safety standards. The role requires working closely with team members and clients to deliver exceptional results for both residential and commercial projects. Qualifications Proficiency in installing Hardwood and Hardwood FlooringExperience working with Carpet and other flooring materialsSkill in installing and handling Ceramic tile in various spacesAttention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanshipAbility to read blueprints and measure spaces accuratelyStrong communication and customer service skillsPhysical stamina to perform hands-on tasks, including lifting and kneelingPrevious experience or certifications in flooring installation are a plus
