Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Banquet and Event Director role located in Palm Bay, FL. The Banquet and Event Director will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of private and club-sponsored events. Responsibilities include managing event budgets, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The role also involves marketing banquet services and driving sales growth while maintaining open and effective communication with internal teams, club members, and external stakeholders. Qualifications Strong skills in Event Planning and Event ManagementProficiency in Budgeting and Sales, with a focus on revenue generationExcellent Communication and interpersonal skillsLeadership abilities, team management experience, and organizational skillsAttention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environmentFamiliarity with banquet operations and hospitality industry best practicesProficiency in relevant software tools and platformsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
