must be GC or Citizen6+ month contract to hire3 days a week onsite in Newtown Square PA- open for someone to relocate Our Greater Philadelphia area client is looking for a Mirth Developer for a permanent role by way of contract-to-hire.Position DescriptionBuild and support healthcare data interfaces using Mirth ConnectWork with HL7 messages (ADT, SIU) and other healthcare data formatsWork with CCDs in XML formatTroubleshoot, monitor, and enhance real‑time and batch data feedsSupport upgrades, performance tuning, and high‑availability environmentsCollaborate with QA and business teams to validate data and workflowsDocument processes and maintain reliable, secure integrations Required SkillsStrong JavaScript skills (used heavily in Mirth scripting)Solid SQL experience (Oracle or SQL Server)Hands‑on experience with HL7 V2.x/V3.xExperience with XML, CCD, CDAUnderstanding of HIPAA and healthcare data standardsExperience with making web services and API calls within Mirth ConnectClear communication and ability to walk through technical reasoning Bonus SkillsExperience managing Mirth Connect clustersKnowledge of certificates and two-way SSL protocolKnowledge of LOINC, ICD‑9/10, SNOMEDPerformance tuning and security remediation in integration environmentsWriting test cases (unit, integration, UAT)Experience supporting production stabilization and high‑availability systems
