This role is ideal for individuals with construction, labor, or mechanical experience who are eager to learn welding on the job.Welder Helper Qualifications:Construction labor or mechanical experienceAbility to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 12 hour shiftsComfortable using hand and power toolsWillingness to learn welding through on the job trainingStrong attendance and dependabilityAble to read and follow simple measurements/instructionsAbility to follow safety rules and use all PPEApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
