CNC Machinist

Position Title: CNC & Manual Machinist LeadThe CNC & Manual Machinist Lead plays a crucial role in the machining process, overseeing both CNC and manual operations. This position serves as the right-hand to the Programming Engineer, facilitating the proofing of programs, the building of fixturing, and supporting automation initiatives. The lead is expected to be a reliable troubleshooter on the machine side and to coach less experienced operators. The role demands a commitment to teamwork and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
