The General Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant.DutiesOversee all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, service, and cleanlinessManage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluationsEnsure compliance with food safety standards and health regulationsControl inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food and beverage costsSupervise cash handling procedures and Toast POS system operationsImplement and monitor quality standards for food presentation and customer serviceLead shift management to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hoursDevelop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and repeat businessCoordinate with kitchen staff on food production, catering events, banquet services, and special promotionsHandle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptlyMaintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and staff developmentSkillsProven management experience in quick service & fast food or casual dining restaurantsStrong knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen managementExpertise in Toast POS system; cash handling skills preferredExcellent leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams and conducting interviewsSkilled in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within a restaurant settingAbility to train staff effectively in food preparation, customer service, and operational proceduresFamiliarity with culinary techniques, food production processes, and hospitality management principlesExceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellenceExperience in managing shift schedules, training & development programs, and food safety standardsBackground in hotel or catering services is a plus; culinary or fine dining experience highly desirableStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentThis position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader passionate about delivering outstanding dining experiences.
