Working with a GC looking for an APM to join the team out of their Westchester office!This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple stakeholders, and has strong scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination experience.Key Responsibilities:• Manage day-to-day construction operations, schedules, budgets, and subcontractors• Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, clients, architects, engineers, and vendors• Develop and maintain project schedules, including weekly updates and two-week lookaheads• Oversee permits, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reporting• Ensure safety standards and quality control procedures are followed on-site• Review shop drawings and coordinate long-lead materials to maintain project timelines• Resolve construction issues proactively to keep projects on track and within budgetQualifications:• 3–5+ years of experience in retail construction project management and/or estimating• Experience with open-store renovations, fit-outs, and site work preferred• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)• Architecture or Engineering background preferred• Must have reliable transportation for travel to job sitesThis is a great opportunity to join a growing team delivering high-quality retail construction projects.
