Machine Operator Shift12:00 PM 10:30 PM Pay: $16.43/hourJob DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our production team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.ResponsibilitiesIdentify parts by catalog number, inspect for quality, and recognize defects.Check operation of press and meet department production requirements.Load, unload, and feed material into dies.Make minor adjustments to machines as needed.Meet established production criteria.Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Setup personnel.Specific Requirements:Ability to read, write, and speak English; basic math skills required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with others.Mechanical aptitude and good manual dexterity are desirable.Accurately complete time sheets and production reports.Willingness to work overtime and adjust shifts on short notice.Maintain excellent safety, attendance, and performance records.Ability to lift and maneuver loads of 25 lbs. or more without assistance.
