Operations Associate - Deployments

This role is almost entirely customer focused. You will own customer relationships directly, ensuring every account gets a white-glove experience. Beyond managing relationships, you will help build how Vooma deploys and supports customers at scale: writing playbooks, building automations, and driving strategic projects that make our customers more successful. Own relationships with assigned customers as their primary point of contact, driving adoption, engagement, and satisfaction Support the configuration and deployment of Vooma's platform for new and existing accounts Build and maintain deployment playbooks and automations that improve consistency across the customer lifecycle Contribute to strategic projects that improve how Vooma deploys and scales customer operations Surface structured feedback to Product and Engineering 1-2+ years of experience in operations, consulting, customer support, or a customer-facing role Hunger to learn and whatever it takes mentality Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational and relationship-building skills Genuine excitement about AI and a hunger to constantly adapt to new workflows Experience in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS Exposure to technical configuration, implementation, or process automation Startup experience The opportunity to join a formidable team early enough to have an outsized impact and learn how an innovative business operates holistically Competitive compensation and equity participation Full medical, dental, vision, and 401k This role is based in person in San Francisco, CA, with approximately 10-20% travel.
