Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to ensure a positive experience from order to completion. Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills to keep service flowing smoothly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages regularly to ensure readiness for peak hours. Assist with food service when necessary, including serving food items at banquets or catering events. Monitor guest behavior responsibly to promote a safe environment in nightclubs or other lively venues. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods such as events or large parties. Uphold all food handling and safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health standards. Promote sales by suggesting drink specials or upselling premium beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, brewing techniques, and alcohol service regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Demonstrated ability in time management to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy hours. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding for sales upselling, and calculating drink portions. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience in catering or large event service is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality venues.
