Job Title: Senior ServiceNow DeveloperLocation: San Francisco, CA Onsite - 12 years C2C/w2Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing and configuring the platform to meet business requirements while ensuring scalability, performance, and best practices.Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform based on business needsDesign and implement workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and integrationsBuild and enhance ServiceNow applications and modulesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutionsMaintain and improve existing ServiceNow instance performance and functionalityIntegrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIsTroubleshoot and resolve platform issues and defectsEnsure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governanceSupport platform upgrades, patches, and release managementRequired Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow developmentStrong experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSMExpertise in workflows, Flow Designer, and UI customizationExperience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)Good understanding of ServiceNow data model and architectureStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsPreferred Qualifications:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)Experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsExposure to ServiceNow upgrade cycles and release managementKnowledge of ITIL processesRachaelEmail: rachael@sidramtech.comDirect: 4705239688
