Immuno-oncology Scientist/Sr. Scientist
We are an early-stage biotechnology company working on a novel therapy in tumor antigenmodulation for transformative cancer therapies. We're looking for a deep-thinking immunologistto drive our chemistry program forward through rigorous cell-based assays and mechanism ofaction studies.This role is designed for an independent scientist who thrives at the bench, someone who cantranslate hypotheses into definitive experiments that reveal new biology. You'll work 100% in thelab, and your experimental findings will directly influence the company's strategic direction.What You Bring:A strong foundation in classical immunology with demonstrated expertise in T cell immunology.You should have substantial hands-on experience with:T cell and cancer cell line modification (CRISPR knockouts and point mutations, lentiviral insertion of TCRs and reporter constructs)Primary T cell isolation, culture, and functional manipulationHigh-parameter flow cytometry analysisDesign and execution of antigen-driven T cell models, including endogenous antigen systemsEducation: PhD and 2+ years of post-doctoral experience in an immunology-centric setting.Compensation & Benefits:Salary range: $110,000–$140,000 (commensurate with qualifications and experience)Generous equity in an early-stage companyFully covered: snacks, coffee, gym access, and parkingSubsidized health, dental, and vision insuranceLocation: Full-time, on-site laboratory position in South San Francisco, CA.Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States withoutsponsorship.
