The Department of Plastic Surgery at our organization in Southern California is actively looking for board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeons to expand our team in response to significant growth in the area.Ideal candidates will possess ABPS board certification or eligibility, having successfully completed residency training in an accredited plastic surgery program. We offer positions for surgeons with interests in various adult subspecialties, including microsurgery for breast and limb reconstruction, aesthetic and body contouring procedures, as well as complex wound care. Additional fellowship training in breast microsurgery or general microsurgery is preferred. We seek individuals with strong clinical abilities, a passion for research and innovation, and a commitment to teaching. Faculty members may also qualify for federal student loan forgiveness programs.Compensation & BenefitsThe starting base compensation range is $350,000 to $450,000, adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity bonuses and is subject to departmental compensation plans.
