Assembler 2 (On-site)

Our client is seeking an Electrical Assembler to support the production of advanced electronic assemblies in a clean room manufacturing environment.Assemble and modify electromechanical and electronic subassemblies following work instructions and drawingsPerform conformal coating, masking, and inspection of componentsUse fine brushes and tools to coat small features with precisionWork under magnification for extended periods of timeRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, and process plansInspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliancePerform basic soldering and rework as neededMaintain a clean and organized work environmentFollow all production and quality standardsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Trade School educationStrong attention to detail and ability to perform precise, repetitive workAbility to read and interpret technical instructions and drawingsBasic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)Preferred QualificationsExperience with conformal coating inspection, masking, and applicationExperience working in a clean room environmentAbility to work under magnification for the majority of the shiftHand soldering experienceFamiliarity with IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD standardsExperience with production equipment such as reflow ovens or automated systemsBenefits:Health InsuranceSick time401kPay Range: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)Schedule: 4/10 work week, (Mon-Thu), typically 4:30P-3A)By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from HEPCO, Inc and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
