Additionally, this is a 6-month contract position.Position SummaryThe Credential Processor is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing academic credentials and related documentation submitted to the Law School Admission Council (LSAC). This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of applicant records while adhering to established policies, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.Essential ResponsibilitiesFollow all Secur-Serv requirements, policies, procedures, and management directionsReview, scan, and upload documents to the candidate portal on behalf of the LSAC customer service teamOpens/receives academic documents, reviews them for authenticity and scans them into the computer systemVerifies and modifies academic record information from credentials into/against applicant electronic filesAssists as necessary with all the aspects of the LLM Credential Assembly Service group’s work to meet company needs Works under supervision of the Manager of the LLM Credential Assembly Service, assisted by the coordinatorDownloads electronic documents, reviews them for authenticity and legibility, and scans them into the computer systemVerifies and modifies academic record information from credentials into/against applicant electronic filesEdits, updates, changes and/or corrects any information related to applicant credentialsPrepares and sends correspondence related to LLM CAS credential processingAssists as necessary with all aspects of the LLM CAS group’s work to meet company needsEnsure that all client process and procedures have been implemented, understood, and followedDevelops and maintains an understanding of all LLM Credential Assembly Service policies and proceduresEnsure proper use of equipment and sensitive security information and reports RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to attend required client-site training in Newtown, PA, for up to two weeksBasic understanding of laws and regulations regarding the EEOC and ADAStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret computer-based records and apply sound judgment in evaluating information and resolving discrepanciesAbility to provide practical solutions to complex problems in an independent work environmentStrong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Word and other standard office productivity toolsExceptional interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to maintain professionalism and perform effectively in a fast-paced, production-driven environmentExcellent written communication skillsAbility to type accurately and efficiently while processing high volumes of informationDemonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needsStrong ability to interpret and analyze computer files, and good judgmental skillDemonstrates a positive, professional attitude and demeanorDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
