****FULLY REMOTE****ScolerTec Inc has a immediate opening for Technical Project Manager with experience in Software Development life cycle (SDLC) to lead multiple applications.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with all stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and budget.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop detailed project plan, schedule, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery.Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and business analysts.Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.Manage team performance, provide feedback, and support professional development.Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.Gather and document business requirements, ensuring that the development team understands the project objectives.Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business needs.Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Proactively address issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.Track project expenses and ensure that projects are delivered within budget.Optimize resource utilization across multiple projects.Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure that applications are thoroughly tested before deployment.Coordinate with QA teams to address any issues identified during testing.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.Provide regular reports to senior management on project progress, risks, and outcomes.QualificationsExperience managing teams across different time zones.Excellent communication skillsStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Proficient IRA, Microsoft Project and Confluence.Familiarity with programming languages, software development frameworks, and cloud-based environments is a plus.Ability to communicate with Technical and non Technical team members.Knowledge of database management, API integrations, and user interface design.Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
